Just in case you change your mind, you have up to 3 business days from the delivery date to return qualified unused, undamaged and unaltered merchandise for exchange only. Customers have 90 days from the date of your email notification with your coupon code to use your store credit.
Due to the limited quantity of our items, we do not offer exchanges at this time, because the item may no longer be available.  If the item is available at the time your store credit is issued, you may simply repurchase the item in the size and/or color desired. 
Yes, customers are responsible for shipping fees on all returns. Please also keep in mind when your coupon is being issued we are unable to credit the original shipping fees.
Processing returns can take up to 5 business days after we receive your package. Once the return is approved we will send an email notifying you that we have activated your coupon.
During holidays there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1 to 3 day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the 5-7 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy. Thank you for your patience.
At this time Natty Looks by Deb ships merchandise to locations within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends) with the exception of Pre-orders. Pre-orders will have an estimated ship date. Next day shipping is available upon request for an additional shipping charge. You will be notified if there is an additional shipping charge after your order is processed. Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued.

Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on the vendor. Of course you will be notified as soon as this has been made aware. All pre-orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation. Customers will be notified via email when item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are treated as all other purchases. Orders cannot be cancelled once orders are completed with an order #.
